Learn to Choose the Right Plant-Based Foods to Live a Healthier Life
Plant-based foods and vegan or vegetarian lifestyles as a healthier choice than traditional diets, according to many health experts and food companies. Indeed, a multitude of studies show that a plant-based lifestyle is better for individuals and for a planet suffering from climate change.
Yet some plant-based foods have chemical additives and higher fat or sodium content. Consumers buying fruits and vegetables or ingredients for meals may need to choose between often-higher-priced organics or products from countries with less rigorous production standards.
The health professionals on our panel will provide insights on the real health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, how to select products that optimise health, and how to select the right mix of ingredients to live better. They will share their insights on how you can select ingredients and prepare meals or choose restaurants that will enable you and your family, particularly your children, to live a healthier life.
You’ll come away from this session with far greater knowledge about the nutritional value of plant-based diets, how to select the right foods to enhance your well-being, and how to make sure that the ingredients you use have the nutrients you need to stay healthy
